First SIRAH Course, May 2015!

Thanks to the generous support of FOCEM-Institut Pasteur de Montevideo, we are organizing the first hands-on course on SIRAH. The course will have the  “OpenLab” modality focusing on attendees’ specific problem. The program foresees a one-day theoretical introduction followed by 3 days of hands-on work on specific problems. Attendees are expected to bring their own PDB files and leave the course activity with a set of simulations finished and analyzed. Applications will open at the beginning of November.
